This new international standard replaces the OHSAS 18001 certification obtained in 2012. In deciding to obtain the ISO 45001 certification, the company relied on the cooperation of our employees and our commitment to health and safety at the workplace.

This standard seeks to improve the health of employees, reduce occupational hazards and create better, safer working conditions.

Objective: limit accidents and improve working conditions.
 

Action plan:

• Specific “Minute Safety” training for increasing employee awareness.
• Analysis of all accidents with or without work stoppage, including minor accidents.
• Implementation of an organisation plan and a communication plan.
• Establishment of a multidisciplinary “Working Conditions” committee.
